Our work is based on a selection of light sources as well as fittings of a high quality and a special development of customized products. We have among other things created complete light solutions for entertainment parks, store chains, restaurants and hotels.

Our production and logistics are based on the idea of sustainable growth. As an example, we have developed a pallet system, which makes it possible for us to minimize the CO2 emissions from transport by more than 30 %

Focus on the work environment
e3light PRO has joined the BSCI – Business Social Compliance Initiative. BSCI determines a set of guidelines for a common system of social management and improvement of the working conditions in production companies all over the world. Our system is controlled by the contents of the BSCI agreement, which among other things provides safety to our employees:
• the right of organization and respect for common negotiations
• that no kind of discrimination is accepted
• that child work is forbidden
• that the statutory minimum salary is paid
• that the working hours are regulated in accordance with national guidelines and do not exceed 48 hours per week and no more than 12 hours’ overtime

Our quality control is an important focus area for us, and we have implemented clear routines to support it.
We carefully select our business partners based on a number of criteria – including our ISO routines – to ensure that the product quality always complies with the highest standards.
We perform regular entry inspection of raw materials and components, and finished goods are thoroughly tested to ensure the highest possible product quality

Efficient CO2 reduction
The background is well-known to everybody. The human-caused climate changes have already put a mark on our planet, and the increasing CO2 emissions contribute to worsening the situation.
At the same time, reports show that the most efficient way to reduce the CO2 emissions of the world is by changing to a more energy-efficient lighting. Approximately 20 % of EU’s CO2 emissions stem from light sources, but by choosing more energy-efficient solutions, it is possible with only a push on the button to reduce their CO2 emissions by up to 90 %.
We therefore see it as our most important task to use our abilities to develop innovative and energy-efficient light solutions that make it convenient for people to make a more environment friendly choice.
